PALIANI offers free of charge international shipping, to your door, on all orders. No minimum purchase amount or coupon code required!
Shipping time frame is 10 business days.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking code. Please note that we cannot accept PO Box addresses.
NOTE: If your order has not arrived within the estimated Shipping time, or you have additional questions regarding shipping, please contact our Customer Service .
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
PALIANI processes your order 24 hours after the purchase date. Therefore, full refund cancellations or modifications are only possible within those first 24 hours.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We guarantee returns! Although our jewels are personalized and made to order, new, unworn items may eligible for a return within 60 days of purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Since each jewel is personalized and cannot be reused, the returned items will incur a 40% restocking fee.
PALIANI strives to make every personalized jewel as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. If you feel that your item arrived damaged, please let us know immediately. You can send back the defective item and we’ll have it replaced free of charge, or you can get a full refund. Please contact us and we’ll instruct you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for any lost or missing items during transit. It's best to send your defective products with a reliable courier service like UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 45 days of process.
Customs policies may vary widely from country to country thus, certain orders or orders over a specific value may incur import taxes and fees in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
