We stand behind our products. PALIANI warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for a period of 5 years from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the product, PALIANI will, either repair the product or replace the product with a new, equivalent product or refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.
PALIANI shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to PALIANI. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes PALIANI’s property.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by PALIANI.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication.
Stretching of PALIANI chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect.
General wear and tear, misuse and tarnishing are not covered under the warranty.
Lost stone or a fallen stone due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage are not covered under warranty.
Do not expose your PALIANI products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your PALIANI product.
The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items. We recommend the use of safety chains on bracelets and insurance cover is advisable on all valuable jewelry.
